Golden Weave strives to provide products meeting international quality standards to its clients. Our team of product developers and merchandisers exert themselves to source superior quality raw material and trims to produce high quality products.

Three-stage inspection Process

At Golden Weave, all our products undergo a three-staged inspection process to ensure our clients get the right quality garments.

Fabric Package Test(FPT)

All our fabric is tested and approved by client certified international laboratories like ITS,MTL ,Bureau Veritas for technical parameters like shrinkage ,color fastness , light fastness etc.

Garment Package Test (GPT)

After the fabric passes the FPT test, garments made in contracted fabrics and trims are tested by client certified international laboratories like ITS,MTL ,Bureau Veritas for technical parameters like shrinkage ,tear and tensile strength , seam strength etc.

Total Quality Assurance

The bulk fabric is inspected by the factories as per the stringent JC Penny 4 point inspection system. All our manufactured garments undergo inline,midline, and final inspection as per Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) 2.5 or 4. Only after clearing the three-staged inspection process the garments are certified ok to ship.
